Street style paneer dosa


This dosa is really easy if you have leftovers.




Ingredients:

  • Dosa batter- As required
  • Any paneer gravy- as required 
  • Cheese slices or grated cheese- as required
  • Mayonnaise- 1 tsp per dosa( optional)
  • Tomato ketchup-1/2 tsp per dosa( optional)
  • Butter/ oil- as required

Method:

  • Heat dosa tawa preferabble is iron or stone skillet. Keep the flame as low as possible.
  • Spread dosa batter and start adding ingredients one by one.
  • First add mayonnaise then add the panner gravy or any left over gravy,then add tomato ketch up of you prefer it then a 1/4 tsp of butter. Mix it well on dosa and spread it all over the dosa.
  • Finally add cheese. Cheddar  works best.
  • Serve hot with mild chutney.








Notes:

  • Can add ingredients of your choice like chilli sauce any veggies.
