Street style paneer dosa
This dosa is really easy if you have leftovers.
Ingredients:
- Dosa batter- As required
- Any paneer gravy- as required
- Cheese slices or grated cheese- as required
- Mayonnaise- 1 tsp per dosa( optional)
- Tomato ketchup-1/2 tsp per dosa( optional)
- Butter/ oil- as required
Method:
- Heat dosa tawa preferabble is iron or stone skillet. Keep the flame as low as possible.
- Spread dosa batter and start adding ingredients one by one.
- First add mayonnaise then add the panner gravy or any left over gravy,then add tomato ketch up of you prefer it then a 1/4 tsp of butter. Mix it well on dosa and spread it all over the dosa.
- Finally add cheese. Cheddar works best.
- Serve hot with mild chutney.
