Akki dose


Ingredients:

  • Raw rice-1 cup
  • Coconut gratings-1/4 cup
  • Salt-  to taste

Method:

  • Wash and soak the rice for 4 hours.
  • Add grated coconut, salt and grind  in a mixie to a smooth paste.
  • Add 1 cup of water to make the batter watery like rava dosa batter.
  • Now heat a iron skillet and add the batter.
  • Add oil and cook both sides .
  • Serve hot with kurma or sambar.




  • Notes:

  • Must be consumed when it is hot. It does not taste good once it cools down.
  • Sambar or kurma is best side dish for this.
