Akki dose
Ingredients:
- Raw rice-1 cup
- Coconut gratings-1/4 cup
- Salt- to taste
Method:
- Wash and soak the rice for 4 hours.
- Add grated coconut, salt and grind in a mixie to a smooth paste.
- Add 1 cup of water to make the batter watery like rava dosa batter.
- Now heat a iron skillet and add the batter.
- Add oil and cook both sides .
- Serve hot with kurma or sambar.
- Must be consumed when it is hot. It does not taste good once it cools down.
- Sambar or kurma is best side dish for this.
