Noodles cutlet

Makes -7 to 8 cutlets

Ingredients:

  • Potato -2 medium size 
  • Noodles - 2 cups boiled
  • Carrot -1/4 cup
  • Beans -1/4 cup
  • Sweet corn -1/4 up
  • Red chilli powder -1 tsp
  • Garam masala -1/2 tsp
  • Coriander  leaves -2 tbsp
  • Oil - to deep fry
  • Salt -To taste

Method:

  • Boil Potatoes and mash them. Boil noodles till done and keep it aside.
  • Finely chop carrot and beans and cook them till soft.
  • In a bowl add the veggies,red chilli powder,garam masala,salt and coriander leaves, noodles and mix them gently.
  • Do not over mix or else the noodles will become mushy,make them into desired shapes.
  • Deep fry/ shallow fry in oil.
  • Serve with ketch up.








Notes:

  • Make sure that oil is hot enough else the noodle cutlet may dis integrate in oil.
  • This cutlet will  be very very soft and delicate so be patient while frying.
  • It does absorb quite a lot of oil. So drain them in a paper towel.
