Plantain chips

Ingredients:

  • Plantain/ raw banana- 1
  • Red chilli powder - To taste
  • Oil - To deep fry
  • Salt - to taste 

Method:

  • Peel the outer skin of the plantain and grate it with a chips grater.
  • Deep fry them in oil in batches.
  • Once done add salt and red chilli powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Store in an air right container.



Notes:

  • Chips are ready when the sizzling of oil stops.
