Plantain chips
Ingredients:
- Plantain/ raw banana- 1
- Red chilli powder - To taste
- Oil - To deep fry
- Salt - to taste
Method:
- Peel the outer skin of the plantain and grate it with a chips grater.
- Deep fry them in oil in batches.
- Once done add salt and red chilli powder.
- Mix well.
- Store in an air right container.
Notes:
- Chips are ready when the sizzling of oil stops.
