Noodles chapathi

Ingredients:

  • Chapathi - 4 nos
  • Carrot -1
  • Beans - 4 nos
  • Capsicum -1 small
  • Onion -1
  • Cabbage -1 cup
  • Green chilli -1
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Spring onion - 2 to 3 springs 
  • Garlic -3 cloves
  • Pepper powder -1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp ( optional)
  • Soy sauce -1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce -1 tsp
  • Oil- 3 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste

Method:

  • Cut the vegetables into thin strips. Slice the onion and chop the ginger finely.
  • Slice chapathis also into thin strips.
  • Now in a pan add oil followed by garlic and onion and white part of spring onion. When onion turns transparent add the carrot and beans.
  • Two mins later add capsicum. Saute in a medium flame once these vegetables get cooked add cabbage and cook for 2 mins.
  • Now add the spice powders and sauces and salt.
  • Mix well check for taste and finally add thinly sliced chapathi.
  • Garnish with green part of spring onion.
  • Mix well and serve hot with onion raita.










Notes:

  • Adjust spiciness to your preference.
  • Make sure that cabbage doesn't turn soggy. It must retain it's crunchiness.
