Garlic paneer
Ingredients:
- Paneer- 125 gms
- Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
- Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
- Red chilli sauce-1/2 tsp
- Garlic paste -3/4 tsp
- Oregano/mixed herbs-1/4 tsp
- Butter-1 tsp
- Salt- To taste.
Method:
- Slice paneer into large chunks.
- Mix all the ingredients except butter and marinate paneer with it.
- In a pan add butter and add the paneer slices.
- Cook them for about 2 mins each side in a low flame.
- Serve hot.
Notes:
- I used mixed herbs.
- Adjust the ingredients quantity to your preference.
- Cook in low flame to avoid paneer getting burnt.
- I used 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder.
