Garlic paneer



Ingredients:

  • Paneer- 125 gms
  • Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
  • Red chilli sauce-1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste -3/4 tsp
  • Oregano/mixed herbs-1/4 tsp
  • Butter-1 tsp
  • Salt- To taste.

Method:

  • Slice paneer into large chunks.
  • Mix all the ingredients except butter and marinate paneer with it.
  • In a pan add butter and add the paneer slices.
  • Cook them for about 2 mins each side in a low flame.
  • Serve hot.




Notes:

  • I used mixed herbs. 
  • Adjust the ingredients quantity to your preference.
  • Cook in low flame to avoid paneer getting burnt.
  • I used 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder.
