Avocado banana smoothie



Just one huge glass of this smoothie will make your break fast tasty and easy.

Serves-3

Ingredients:

  • Milk -3 cups
  • Banana -1
  • Avocado -1
  • Honey - To taste 

Method:

  • Add all the above ingredients in a mixer/ blender and  blend smoothly.
  • Use cold milk for better taste.
  • Adjust the quantity of milk to your preference.
  • Can replace sugar instead of honey.
