Hara Bhara Kabab




This kabab is so easy to make and very tatsy too..

Ingredients:

  • Palak/Spinach-1 cup tightly packed
  • Frozen/Cooked peas-3/4 cup
  • Potato-2
  • Green chilli -2 to 3 nos
  • Ginger -1 inch piece
  • Besan Flour-1 tbsp
  • Aamchur powder-1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
  • Salt -to taste

Method:

  • Blanch the spinach/palak leaves first.Boil potato and grate/mash it.
  • Strainthe palak leaves and squeeze out all the excess water completely.
  • In a mixer jar add blanched spinach, peas,ginger,green chilli and grind it to a paste.DO NOT ADD WATER.
  • Transfer it to a container and add grated/mashed potato,besan flour,all the spice powders and salt.
  • Mix well and make it into cutlet shape.(round/oval).
  • grill it in a low flame on a dosa pan by adding oil generously.
  • Serve.





Notes:

  • If the mixture is little gooey add little more besan flour or add 1 more potato.
