Hara Bhara Kabab
This kabab is so easy to make and very tatsy too..
Ingredients:
- Palak/Spinach-1 cup tightly packed
- Frozen/Cooked peas-3/4 cup
- Potato-2
- Green chilli -2 to 3 nos
- Ginger -1 inch piece
- Besan Flour-1 tbsp
- Aamchur powder-1/4 tsp
- Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
- Salt -to taste
Method:
- Blanch the spinach/palak leaves first.Boil potato and grate/mash it.
- Strainthe palak leaves and squeeze out all the excess water completely.
- In a mixer jar add blanched spinach, peas,ginger,green chilli and grind it to a paste.DO NOT ADD WATER.
- Transfer it to a container and add grated/mashed potato,besan flour,all the spice powders and salt.
- Mix well and make it into cutlet shape.(round/oval).
- grill it in a low flame on a dosa pan by adding oil generously.
- Serve.
Notes:
- If the mixture is little gooey add little more besan flour or add 1 more potato.
