Veg masala Sandwich

Makes -5 sandwiches

Ingredients:


  • Bread Slices-As required
  • Onion -1 large
  • Tomato-1 large
  • Carrot-1/2 cup grated
  • Green chilli -1
  • Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
  • Turmeic powder -1/4 tsp
  • Garam masala -1/4 tsp
  • Garlic flakes-3 to 4
  • Cashenuts - As required (optional)
  • Coriander leaves- As required
  • Oil - 1tbsp
  • Mustard seeds -1/4 tsp
  • Cheese slice -As required(optional)
  • Butter -As required.
  • Salt -As required


Method:

  • Finely chop onion and tomato.
  • In a pan add oil followed by mustard seeds,when it splutters add finely chopped garlic,onion,green chilli. Cashew nuts (if adding) and grated carrot.
  • When carrot is cooked add tomato followed by all the spice powders.
  • Add salt and mix well,cook till tomato turns soft.Add coriander leaves.
  • Now toast the bread with butter,spread this masala,top it up with cheese slice and enjoy.
  • If you want you can toast again till cheese melts.








Notes:

  • If you want sandwhich to be extra spicy just spread green chutney on one slice.
