Capsicum paneer curry



Serves-2

Ingredients:

  • Capsicum-1 large
  • Paneer-10 cubes
  • Onion-1
  • Tomato-1&1/2 to 2 ( medium size)
  • Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
  • Coriander powder-1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder-1 tsp
  • Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder-1/8 tsp
  • Coriander leaves- for garnish
  • Oil-1 tbsp
  • Salt- To taste

Method:

  • In a pan add oil followed by onion, ginger garlic paste.
  • When onion turns transparent add tomato,when tomato turns mushy add chopped capsicum.
  • Let capsicum cook till it is half done
  • Now add all the spice powders, salt , sprinkle little water and cook it covered in a low flame.
  • Once capsicum is done add the paneer cubes and mix gently.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathi/roti.




Notes:

  • You can add more of paneer and less of capsicum.
