Capsicum paneer curry
Serves-2
Ingredients:
- Capsicum-1 large
- Paneer-10 cubes
- Onion-1
- Tomato-1&1/2 to 2 ( medium size)
- Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
- Coriander powder-1 tsp
- Red chilli powder-1 tsp
- Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
- Garam masala-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder-1/8 tsp
- Coriander leaves- for garnish
- Oil-1 tbsp
- Salt- To taste
Method:
- In a pan add oil followed by onion, ginger garlic paste.
- When onion turns transparent add tomato,when tomato turns mushy add chopped capsicum.
- Let capsicum cook till it is half done
- Now add all the spice powders, salt , sprinkle little water and cook it covered in a low flame.
- Once capsicum is done add the paneer cubes and mix gently.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapathi/roti.
Notes:
- You can add more of paneer and less of capsicum.
