Coriander coconut chutney


Serves-2

Ingredients:

  • Coconut-1/2 cup( grated)
  • Bengal gram dhal- 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli -2 to 3
  • Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
  • Salt- To taste

To temper:

  • Oil-1 tap
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
  • Asafoetida-a pinch

Method:

  • Grind all the ingredients together with required water.
  • Temper with items mentioned under 'to temper'.

Notes:

  • Adjust the quantity of ingredients to your preference.
