Coriander coconut chutney
Serves-2
Ingredients:
- Coconut-1/2 cup( grated)
- Bengal gram dhal- 2 tbsp
- Green chilli -2 to 3
- Coriander leaves-1/4 cup
- Salt- To taste
To temper:
- Oil-1 tap
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida-a pinch
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients together with required water.
- Temper with items mentioned under 'to temper'.
Notes:
- Adjust the quantity of ingredients to your preference.
