Carrot kheer

Serves-3

Ingredients:


  • Carrot -2 nos
  • Milk-3 cups
  • Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
  • Sugar- to taste

Method:

  • Grate carrot. 
  • In a heavy bottomed pan add grated carrot and 1 cup of  milk.
  • Cook till the carrot turns soft.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Add required sugar, cardamom powder,rest of the milk and grind it smooth.
  • Refigerate it.
  • Serve cold.


Notes:

  • The quantity mentioned above is a rough one.
  • You can increase or decrease the quantity of any of the ingredients mentioned above.
