Carrot kheer
Serves-3
Ingredients:
- Carrot -2 nos
- Milk-3 cups
- Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
- Sugar- to taste
Method:
- Grate carrot.
- In a heavy bottomed pan add grated carrot and 1 cup of milk.
- Cook till the carrot turns soft.
- Allow it to cool.
- Add required sugar, cardamom powder,rest of the milk and grind it smooth.
- Refigerate it.
- Serve cold.
Notes:
- The quantity mentioned above is a rough one.
- You can increase or decrease the quantity of any of the ingredients mentioned above.
