Garlic chilli chutney
Ingredients:
- Red chilli-6
- Garlic-10 pods
- Salt- as required
To temper:
- Gingelly oil- 3 tbsp
- Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves- few
- Asafoetida- few pinches
Method:
- Add all the items under ingredients and grind by adding little water.
- Once done temper with items mentioned above.
- Goes well with idli.
Notes:
- You can also use regular oil.
- Increase or decrease red chilli to your spice preference.
- Use half regular and half kashmiri chilli for bright colour chutney.
