Mor milagai
Ingredients:
- Gundu milagai/ thin green chillies- 3 cups
- Buttermilk ( sour) -2 cups
- Salt-1 tsp
- Fenugreek powder-1/2 tsp
Method:
- Select good chillies.Wash the chillies and Pat dry.
- Do not remove the stem part of the chilli.
- Slit the chilli .
- Mix all the ingredients in buttermilk and add these chillies in it.
- Let it soak in the butter milk mixture for two days.
- Then remove them from butter milk and sundry them on a plate. By evening remove the chillies and again drop them in the same buttermilk mixture.
- Repeat this procedure twice or thrice.
- Once it is completely sun-dried remove them and store it in a container.
- Throw the excess buttermilk if you have any.
Notes:
- You can use either of the chilli variety mentioned above.
- Make sure that you have sour buttermilk.
