Vegetable raita


Serves -2

Ingredients:

  • Tomato-1/2
  • Onion-1
  • Cucumber-1/2 cup chopped
  • Carrot-1/4 cup grated ( optional)
  • Coriander leaves-2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder-2 pimches
  • Curd-1 cup
  • Salt- to taste

Method:

  • Chop all the vegetables as fine as possible.
  • Mix all the ingredients,add salt,pepper powder and curd.
  • Mix well and serve immediately.
