Rose milk



Serves -1

Ingredients:

  • Rose syrup - 2 tbsp
  • Milk- 1 cup
  • Chia/sabja/basil seeds -1 tsp
  • Ice cubes- As required

Method:

  • Boil milk and refrigerate it.
  • Soak chia seeds in Luke warm water for about 15 mins.
  • Now mix rose syrup,milk,chia seeds all together.
  • Top it with ice cubes and serve cold.



Notes:

  • Rose milk tastes best when serve cold.
  • Chia seeds can be omitted but it is good for health.
