Rose milk
Serves -1
Ingredients:
- Rose syrup - 2 tbsp
- Milk- 1 cup
- Chia/sabja/basil seeds -1 tsp
- Ice cubes- As required
Method:
- Boil milk and refrigerate it.
- Soak chia seeds in Luke warm water for about 15 mins.
- Now mix rose syrup,milk,chia seeds all together.
- Top it with ice cubes and serve cold.
Notes:
- Rose milk tastes best when serve cold.
- Chia seeds can be omitted but it is good for health.
