Ivy gourd / kovakai fry

I always make poriyal with ivy gourd/ kovakai. When i saw this dish in you tube I immediatly wanted to try. So simple to make and this Ivy gourd fry was superb.Do try this.
Ingredients:
- Ivy gourd - 1 cup(chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Rice flour - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tsp
- Oil - To deep fry
- Salt - To taste
Method :
- Chop ivy gourd/ kovakai round in shape
- Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and add 1 tbsp of water. ( add little more water if needed).
- Mix well so that all the pieces are coated well.
- Deep fry them.
- Serve as snacks or as an accompaniment.
