Multi grain atta




Ingredients:

  • Whole Wheat- 2 kg
  • Channa dhal- 100 gms
  • Oats-100 gms
  • Maize- 100 gms
  • Ragi -50 gms
  • Soy beans - 50 gms
  • Pearl Millet ( kambu)- 25 gms
  • Barley-10 gms

Method:

  • EXCEPT WHEAT roast all the ingredients one by one in medium flame till you get nice aroma.
  • Cool them completely, combine this with wheat and give it to mill for grinding.
  • Store it in a air tight container.



Notes:

  • Do not add more of ragi and soy beans as it may give a raw taste and ragi will change the roti colour.
  • You can add any other  grains as you wish.
  • You can omit one or two also.
