- Coriander leaves -2 tsp
Method:
- Dry roast all the ingredients given under 'to dry roast' and make a coarse powder out of it.
- Cook tomatoes in water just to peel the skin off.
- Now make puree out of that tomato.
- Cut capsicum,onion,tomato into cubes.
- In a pan add butter/oil and add 1/2 part of the coarse powder.
- Add red chilli powder to it and immediately add tomato puree to it ,to avoid the red chilli powder from burning.
- Cook till raw smell of tomato dis appears.
- Now add capsicum and onion pieces.Mix well. Add little water if it is too dry.
- Add ginger juveniles ,mix well and then add paneer cubes.
- Now add the remaining coarse powder and mix well. Finally add coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti/chapathi.
Notes:
- Can add any one colour capsicum also.
- I blanched paneer in hot water before adding.
- Can add sugar.
- Be cautious while adding red chilli and red chilli powder as the dish will become very spicy.
