Aloo paratha type1



Makes 8 parathas
There are two versions of making aloo paratha,this is uncooked version.This is quite easy to do and tastes good.Worth giving a try.Whenever I feel lazy i take this method.But tastewise i prefer cooked version.

Ingredients:


  • Potato -4 medium size
  • Onion -2 large
  • Garam masala -1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Amchoor powder -1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves -1 handful
  • Ginger garlic paste  -1/2 tsp
  • Green chilli -1 no
  • Salt - To taste

Method:

  • Boil the potatoes and grate them.
  • Finely chop onion and coriander finely.
  • Add all the ingredients together and make stuffing.
  • Stuff them and roll.
  • Toast them with oil or butter.









Notes:

  • It is very important that onion should be finely chopped else paratha will tear while rolling.
  • Taste the aloo mix before stuffing.
  • You can add 2tsp of lemon juice instead of amchoor powder.
