Paneer Chilli Paratha



Makes 4 parathas
I love any dishes made with paneer. and this is one among them. Paneer chilli paratha is very very easy to make and tastes good. Whenever i feel like making paratha and want it to be made in a jiffy i will make this one.


Ingredients:

  • Grated paneer - 1 big cup
  • Butter -2Tbsp
  • Green chilli - 3-4(finely chopped)
  • Garam masala -1/4tsp
  • amchoor powder -1/4tsp
  • kasoorimethi -1/4tsp
  • Fresh Coriander - A handful
  • salt - To taste

Method:

  • In a huge bowl mix grated paneer,garam masala,finely chopped chilli and coriander, amchoor powder,garam masala,kasoorimethi and salt.
  • Now add 2Tbsp butter and kneed it well so that u can make balls out of it.
  • Make chappathi dough.Let it be a soft dough.
  • Roll the chappathi dough in a way so that the sides are thin and center is thick
  • Place the panner ball in center, fold the edges and kneed it.
  • Toast it in pan with butter or oil.
  • Serve hot with mango pickle and curd.











Notes:

  • Do not add water to paneer mixture.It must be mixed only with butter.
  • Taste the stuff for spice and salt before kneading.
