Aloo paratha type 2
Makes 7 parathas
During my school time one of my classmate used to bring aloo paratha. From that time onwards I became a hardcore fan of it.. But I could not find any aloo paratha as tasty as hers. After getting married, one day I tried it myself by knowing the recipe... WOW it was awesome.. So whenever I feel lazy making side dish for chapathi I make aloo paratha. Do try this. This is will be very soft and melt like butter in your mouth. Tastes good even when it is not hot.

- Red chilli powder -1 tsp
- Corriander powder -1&1/2 tsp
- Amchoor powder -1/2 tsp

- Now add all the spices and mix well.
- Finally add finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Stuff it in chapathi dough and roll it.
- Toast it with oil or butter.
- Serve it with curd and pickle.
Notes:
- Instead of amchoor powder you can add 1 tsp lime juice.

- For soft paratha, chapathi dough should be soft enough.
- The size of the filling ball should be equal to size of chapathi ball you take for a tastier paratha.
