Pineapple Cheese Salad

I had this salad once in a hotel located in kodaikanal. It was very different and tasted good. I had a vague remembrance of this recipe and tried it. It was very good and refreshing.Instead of vegetable salad and fruit salad this salad is quite interesting and colourful.
Ingredients:
- Tricolour Capsicum -1/2 cup
- Paneer -1/2 cup
- Pineapple -1/2 cup
- Pepper -To taste
- Oil -2 tsp
- Asofetida -A pinch
- Salt -To taste
Method:
- Cut capsicum,pineapple and paneer lengthwise.
- In a pan add oil,asofetida,and capsicum.Saute it for 2 mins and switch off the flame.
- Now add pineapple and paneer
- Finally add salt and pepper.
Notes:
- Pineapple should be sweet enough,so taste the pineapple before adding.
- I dont remember what type of cheese was added in the original recipe.
- So I added paneer and it tasted excellent.
- Before adding paneer blanch it in hot water for extra softness.
- Adding tri colour capsicum give makes salad colourful.
- If you want add any one colour capsicum.
