Potato fry
Serves -2
Unlike potato chips this is different ,as it is sliced thicker and also it is not as crispy as chips .This is very tasty and I love it.It is a perfect match for Rasam rice.Just hot steaming rice with steaming rasam and this fry as a side dish is awesome.
Ingredients:
Potato -2 (medium size)
Oil -To deep fry
Salt -To taste
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -3/4 tsp.
Method:
Slice potatoes and soak them in water for about 2 mins.
Let the slices be quite thick.
Now drain them from water and deep fry.If you want you can wipe them with a clean towel and then deep fry.
Now mix salt,red chilli powder and coriander powder in a bowl.
Sprinkle them on the fry.
Serve.
